Founder, the Law Offices of Andrew H. Griffin III,, APC

Andrew H. Griffin, III,, is a licensed California Attorney who has been an attorney for 40 years, since 1983. Mr. Griffin is a Real Estate Broker licensed by the State of California since 1999. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English languages.

Since establishing the Law Offices of Andrew H. Griffin III,, APC in 1983, he has assisted thousands of clients in effectively navigating the legal process to protect and retain their real estate.

Before turning the firm’s focus to helping individuals and business owners with Real Estate problems, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, in 1982. He served as an adjunct law professor at Thomas Jefferson Law School, teaching Trust and Estates and California Community Property.

The Southern District of California Bankruptcy Court invited me to serve on a committee to create the Court’s form Individual Chapter 11 Combined Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement and Instruction Sheet. In addition, Mr. Griffin was a recipient of the San Diego Voluntary Lawyer Program outstanding services award.

Memberships are held with the California Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, Foothills Bar Association, Lawyer.com, Better Business Bureau, and pianist and member of his Church’s Praise and Worship team.
